The whole car is in bad shape, so the wheels that won't turn are just the start of the story. That's the main
problem with most old, ignored cars: rust. This Challenger has a lot of it. It's been outside for over 20 years. The
rust starts at the front of the car and goes all the way to the nose. The front quarter panel for the driver, which
goes down to the rocker, is also badly rusted. At this point, the C-pillar has some pretty bad corrosion, and the
weatherstripping around the front glass has completely fallen apart. It's probably a good thing that this car didn't
have a plastic roof, because it would be in a lot worse shape.
