In 2024, a new age for muscle cars begins. Chevrolet and Dodge both quit making their long-running V8

coupes at the end of last year, leaving Ford as the only brand still making V8 muscle cars. Many of the most

famous American speed cars over the years have had loud V8 engines. These engines are slowly being phased

out, and in their place will be all-electric cars in the future. Fans of Chevy and Mopar can still race against each

other to see who can go the fastest in the quarter mile, even though they will probably have to go to the Blue

Oval in the future to get an eight-cylinder.
